The customer who is you, the natural or legal person who uses the services and products
from AB EVENTS. Your vendor is AB EVENTS.
These general conditions apply to this website and to the services provided through this
website. When talking about "this website", it means the website www.autospottingbelgium.com and the websites that are part of this website.
By using this website and by checking the box "I agree with the terms and conditions" you acknowledge that you have knowledge of these terms and conditions and accepts all terms and conditions below.
2. This Website
2.1. This content of this website and the information that is provided (including the photos,
logos, texts, brands, ...), as well as the underlying system with which this content and information are offered, are the property of AB EVENTS or its partners or its sponsors.
Therefore, you agree not to use this website or this platform, including its content or information, for any unlawful, commercial or non-personal purposes. As a result, references to this website for the promotion of own commercial activities are prohibited, subject to the explicit agreement of AB EVENTS.
You agree not to transform, copy, distribute, broadcast, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license or distribute any information, software, products or services obtained from this website or this platform to make derivative works of it, transfer it, sell it or resell it.
2.2. This website or affiliated platforms are trademarks of AB EVENTS. Also the
brand names of products, services or company names mentioned on this website or
displayed, are protected as intellectual property of either AB EVENTS or their
respective owners, partners or sponsors of AB EVENTS.
2.3. The content of this website has been composed with the utmost care and is regularly updated. However, we can not guarantee that the information contained therein is completely error-free. You accept this, which is why you acknowledge that no guarantees are given to you. The website is therefore offered as it is shown on the screen.
2.4. AB EVENTS is in no way liable for direct or indirect damage, which arising from the use of, or inability to use this website or platform, the information, products or services, on the basis of a contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if AB EVENTS has been identified as having the potential for such damage.
3. Customer Obligations
3.1. The customer who makes the registration is considered as the client and guarantees the
payment of the registration after confirmation of participation, even if it has to be drawn up and sent to a third party.
3.2. To be able to register, you must be over 18 years of age and legally competent.
3.3. The customer undertakes that the personal data specified in the identification form on the website at the registration, correct and complete. AB EVENTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order case of suspected fraud or for eligibility reasons.
3.4. You are solely responsible for mistakes in the purchase process, such as entering a wrong e-mail address, indicating an incorrect quantity of products or misjudging the characteristics of the services provided. You also need to be responsible for the operation and security of the e-mail program you use. The risk of loss of confirmation sent electronically is transferred to you, the customer, at the time of delivery of the e-mail to your provider.
4. Sale of Tickets
4.1 The prices that are mentioned include all costs associated with the purchase, delivery and
the use of the services, unless expressly stated otherwise on the website.
4.2 The tickets are booked at the time of sending the registration form and after payment. They are only sent as pdf-file tickets to the e-mail address specified in the booking form; there are no other shipping methods.
Your booking will be canceled by AB EVENTS if the tickets are not paid on time. VAT and any taxes (which are included in the posted sales price) are always at the expense of the Customer.
The tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances, not even in case of loss or theft, nor returned, nor exchanged. If cancellation would still be accepted by AB EVENTS, you already accept that costs will be charged for this. There is no possibility to order tickets through this website to pick them up later at the day of the event.
4.3 If you do not receive the tickets no later than 5 working days before the event, or (if you have your order in the 5 working days prior to the event) one working day before the start of the event for which you purchased tickets, you must contact AB EVENTS via info@autospottingbelgium.com. The original tickets are then invalidated and no longer provide access to the event.
Delays in the processing of an order can not give rise to damages, refunds or interest.
4.4 Attempts to abuse, counterfeiting or fraud can lead to prosecution. AB EVENTS guarantees the authenticity of the confirmation email/tickets as far as the latter has been purchased on the site www.autospottingbelgium.com. One can not accept any offer from third parties, or via other websites.
4.5 You can not rely on right of withdrawal when ordering tickets from AB EVENTS. The ticket will not be refunded nor exchanged.
5. Payments
The products can only be paid by bank transfer after confirmation of participation. The necessary details are stated in the confirmation email. The customer must himself be responsible for the costs charged by his financial institution for transferring the amount of the purchase to AB EVENTS. AB EVENTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are indications of fraud or for other eligibility reasons.
6. Liability of AB Events
AB EVENTS guarantees that the products give the right to the services that are mentioned on the website. Performances on this website from previous editions of the event are no guarantee that future editions will also proceed in the same way.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, for example weather conditions, it may be necessary to
to give the event a different interpretation than originally foreseen. In that case AB EVENTS strives to offer an alternative of the highest possible quality.
However, such circumstances do not entitle the customer to any reimbursement.
If due to unforeseen circumstances the event must be canceled or postponed
you, as a customer, have the choice of either keeping the ticket which entitles you to participate in it deferred event, or to obtain a free refund of your ticket.
The demand for refund must then be transferred to AB EVENTS within two weeks after the originally planned date of the event for which you purchased a ticket.
All communication regarding a possible change of the program will be communicated via this website. AB EVENTS is not obliged to report this via others means of communication.
The liability of AB is in any case limited to the value of the purchased products. AB EVENTS can never be held liable for other damages (useless movements, hotel bookings, ...).
7. Personal Data
Personal data is collected via this website, with a view to the proper execution of the sales contract. They can also be tracked to ensure the proper functioning of the service of AB EVENTS and / or to demonstrate the proper performance of the contract.
The latter can also be used by AB EVENTS and its subsidiaries, as well passed on to third parties (such as media group, organizer, promoter, "venue", ...) who contractually linked to AB EVENTS for marketing purposes.
Any customer who can prove his identity has the right to access its personal data and to not allow the use of his personal data for marketing purposes by means of a written and signed request to the e-mail address info@autospottingbelgium.com, or by mail to the registered office of AB EVENTS, in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, and in accordance with the Royal Decree of 13 February 2001 implementing the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to processing personal data.
He also has the right not to allow the sending of advertising by electronic mail by means of a written request, in accordance with the law of 11 March 2003 on certain legal aspects of the information society services, and in accordance with the Royal Decree of 4 April 2003 to regulate the sending of advertising by electronic mail.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1 In the impossible case that certain provisions of these general terms and conditions would be considered null and void, the parties undertake to replace the void or unenforceable clause with the best-suited clause in order to meet the common intention of the parties as much as possible.
8.2 The relationship between YOU and AB EVENTS is only subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Hasselt are competent.
8.3 In their mutual relations, the parties explicitly accept electronic means (e-mail, fax, SMS ...) as evidence.
